Baba Vanga needs no introduction. She is world famous for making predictions of future events. She has a huge number of believers who claim that she had correctly predicted major historical events like Princess Diana, 9/11 and the Covid-19 pandemic. While she passed away in 1996, her legacy remains alive and many of her predictions keep coming true, as her believers claim.
Amid predictions about global events, Vanga apparently made a prediction about Donald Trump as well that came true during his presidential campaign last year. Vanga had allegedly predicted that Trump would suffer from a sudden “mysterious illness” that will leave him deaf.
Since there was an assassination attempt on Trump during his presidential campaign and the bullet glazed his ear, Vanga’s followers have claimed that the old lady had predicted Trump’s misfortune long back.
While there has been no news of Trump turning deaf with that attack made on his life, the connection that Vanga’s followers are making between the attack and what she said would happen is understandable. Following the attack, Trump had clarified how he was hurt, saying the bullet had hit the “upper right part of my right ear.”
During his inauguration in January, Trump said, “I was saved by God to make America great again.” Since he was hit on his ear, there were chances of his hearing abilities being affected, which has further made Vanga’s followers believe that her prediction about Trump has indeed come true.

Besides this, Vanga had also predicted a ‘worldwide economic disaster’ in 2025 as reported by the New York Post. Some people have claimed that this might have referred to Trump’s mindless tariff rate and how that caused a major disaster in the financial markets.
Whether Vanga had correctly predicted these incidents or not cannot be said with certainty, but the similarities between what she said and what eventually happened had led to her fans connecting the dots and claiming that she had predicted all this earlier.

While Vanga might have foreseen the attack on Trump, the American President himself is now leading the headlines after bombing Iran. As the Iran-Israel situation started getting tense, many higher ups of Trump’s administration were completely against America getting involved in the situation.
However, Trump did not pay any heed to anyone and besides offering comments and criticism, he actively made America a part of the ongoing tension by attacking Iran. It now remains to be seen what consequences his actions bring and if the followers of Vanga successfully establish another connection between Trump’s action and something she said years back.
