This particular prediction is now being compared to Donald Trump’s tariff policies and the effect they’re having on the world economy. The US President decided to impose high tariffs on imported goods from several countries. The increased tariffs range from 10 to 50%.

The aggressive tariff policies are a way to “protect” America. “Tariffs are about making America rich again and making America great again,” the President claimed during his address to Congress.

Experts have predicted that Trump’s plan to impose heavy tariffs can eventually lead to sending the world economy into recession. Followers of Baba Vanga can’t help but believe that this is the world event the mystic predicted would be “the beginning of humanity’s downfall.”

The earthquake that struck Thailand and Myanmar this year was believed to be the natural disaster she was talking about. The 7.7-magnitude earthquake became the reason 2,000 people lost their lives.
