Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding last month at Venice, Italy was an extravagant affair where many A-listers of Hollywood were present. Besides the opulence of the wedding, another key point of discussion was Sánchez’s looks, which appeared to have been altered before her big day.
While Sánchez has never openly admitted to having gone under the knife, her drastic change of looks over the years have naturally given rise to plastic surgery speculations. The change in her look during her wedding also seems to be the result of certain enhancements.
Plastic surgery expert Dr. Giselle Prado-Wright talked to Radar Online about the same and said, “From the photos, it looks like Lauren Sánchez has had a series of subtle but strategic enhancements that add up to a noticeable transformation. Most notably, she appears to have corrected a gummy smile using Botox, likely injected into the upper lip elevator muscles to reduce gum show. Her lips also look fuller, which suggests filler was used to enhance volume and symmetry.”
The expert further added, “In addition, her midface appears smoother and more contoured, likely due to filler placement in the cheeks and possibly tear troughs. Her skin looks taut and lifted. This could be from biostimulatory fillers or non-surgical skin-tightening treatments like radiofrequency microneedling. Combined, these give a refreshed, sculpted look while still allowing facial movement and expression.

These speculations are nothing new as previously also Sánchez has been rumored to have surgeries on different parts of her body. Even before the wedding, when Sánchez hosted her bachelorette party in Paris, her look led to netizens commenting how she had looked better before all the surgeries she had done.
On a Reddit post discussing the same, one user commented, “I don’t understand why people do that to themselves. She was beautiful, but now her face is so fake. I don’t understand how they can think it looks good.”

Another one added, “I think even a great surgeon can botch you, and I think certain procedures are more difficult the more surgery you get. The first nose job is probably easier than the 5th.” A third user was rather direct with their comment as they said, “It costs a lot of money to look this cheap.”
Despite the speculations and backlashes, Sánchez has always maintained her silence on the topic. Bezos has also never made any public comments on his wife’s looks and now that the couple is married, it remains to be seen if any of them address these speculations ever in the future.
