The father of five may have a catheter hidden behind his clothes, according to some. Even while Trump hasn’t mentioned any health issues that affect his ability to urinate, one internet critic made the following suggestion: “I really believe Donald Trump is wearing some sort of pee collection device. However, some of Trump’s other supporters have persuaded themselves that he is, in fact, wearing a brace underneath his clothes, supposing that he has some sort of minor muscle ailment. “Exoskeleton leg braces?” was one suggestion made on X (previously Twitter).
Another concurred, adding “leg braces” with little assurance. A third said, “Maybe to prevent the leaning.” Another person speculated, “Knee brace for a partially torn ligament,” before adding, “Trump does not have time for surgery at this moment. Delaying it till a less unstable world is in place.
A fifth later confirmed the original hypothesis. They said, “Those are leg braces to stabilize him.” “It’s why he never wears shorts anymore.” According to a third notion, Trump’s protruding leg is actually a component of some kind of protective gear.

In response to the online discussion, one fan wrote, “Probably some sort of bullet proof clothing!” Others added that there was no reason to speculate, suggesting that the bulge might just be the result of Trump’s pant leg catching on something. “Whoa. pants. “Who knew?” someone mockingly said. Another added: “They are called pants and sometimes they get a little wrinkled.”
After a five-hour medical examination, White House chief physician Dr. Sean Barbabella stated back in April that the President is in “excellent cognitive and physical health,” despite the rumors.
Trump also had neurological testing on his mental state, nerves, motor/sensory function, and reflexes, in addition to a number of blood tests, a cardiac examination, and an ultrasound, all of which were said to be negative. Barbabella maintained at the time that he had received a score of 30 out of 30, according to the Irish Star.
