Queen Elizabeth II’s secret diary unfolded some bombshell revelations that shocked the royal family watchers. The late Queen penned the entries with her favorite old-fashioned fountain pens.

According to RadarOnline.com, the diary was discovered in a locked drawer of her old writing desk. However, it was untouched since she passed away on September 8, 2022, and only recently leaked.

The worn leather-bound book has surely pushed the panic button in some officials, as jaw-dropping secrets are being exposed to the public. The late 96-year-old monarch’s diary also revealed the code names she had for every royal family member.

One of the most shocking but perhaps not unexpected entries in the diary is about none other than Prince Philip, who earned the code name “SEXY” in the diary.

The Queen wrote, “Philip is my heart – even when he wanders.” She adds, “I fell for him the day we met when I was a young girl. He was my soulmate. I knew he’d be impossible, brilliant, frustrating … but he would always come back to me.”

An entry from 1995 reveals more about their relationship as Queen Elizabeth II writes, “Today I heard more whispers about Philip’s wandering eye. I think a trip abroad may be in order for him. He always comes back to me. He is a man who can’t be kept. He needs his freedom. And I need him to be happy. That was our understanding from the beginning.”

Another entry from 1959 unfolds a turbulent time in her relationship with Prince Philip. “Philip and I have been angry at each other for months. I went to France without him. I made a mistake I will never confess. It was a moment of weakness. His name was Etienne.”

The following entry: “Could this baby belong to Etienne? I wonder. I’ll name him Andrew.”
In 1980, the late Queen wrote something scandalous. “I caught Camilla Parker Bowles kissing Philip. They were in a small library no one uses where I go to have a few moments to myself.”

The Queen wrote that Camilla wanted to hurt her back as she was not on board with her marrying then-prince Charles.

Her diary further delves into Princess Diana‘s suffering, primarily because of the scandalous affair between Charles and Camilla.

“Diana is very good for the monarchy. I also enjoy her fun and clever side. Last night, she showed me a voodoo doll she’d made of Camilla. We laughed so hard,” the late leader of the British Monarch wrote in 1994.

Following Lady Di and Charles’ divorce, Elizabeth II penned, “Diana came to me privately. She wanted to know if it was possible to become a nun — to join a religious order. She had been hurt so badly, she wanted nothing more to with the world, or men. She only wanted to retreat into a convent. I told her I would look into it, the poor child was in so much pain.”

When Diana passed away, the Queen couldn’t hide her tears as she wrote, “We failed Diana. She should be with us today.” Her nickname for the People’s Princess was “The Fire.”

The Queen was never fond of Camilla, whom she referred to as “Gin-Gin” in her entries.

“Camilla was never one of us. She was clever – too clever. I saw how she played the long game. I watched her wait. Charles was bewitched by her. I was not. I accepted her for Charles’ sake, but I never forgot the pain she caused.”

However, to everyone’s surprise, some of the late Queen’s most disturbing entries were about her eldest son, King Charles III.

“I had long suspected he knew more about that night in Paris than he let on. Then he finally told me the truth — that he helped mastermind the grisly plot, but he never wanted Diana dead. He fell on the floor and wept, ‘I had no choice. They [MI6, the U.K.’s foreign intelligence agency] threatened to kill me.'”

Queen Elizabeth II’s diary ends with one final entry before her death where she wrote, “They see the crown. But beneath it is a daughter, a wife, a mother, a grandmother. I kept so much hidden for the good of the realm. God forgive me.”
