Many users pointed out that Melania looked really uncomfortable up on that balcony. The clip has been slowed down and dissected frame by frame. It has highlighted her hesitancy and lack of enthusiasm to kiss President Trump.
There are several self-acclaimed body language experts on TikTok. One such popular TikTok account that has over a million views claimed that Melania’s body language speaks volumes. The account suggests that she “braced herself” and “leaned away” during the embrace.
However, there are others who have rallied to defend the Trumps. They have praised the moment as genuine and affectionate. Pro-Trump users shared the footage and used captions like “real love never dies.” Some have even called the couple the “most presidential pair America has seen.”
