Karoline Leavitt is one of Donald Trump’s staff members who earns $200,000 annually. Shockingly, despite Leavitt’s staggeringly high salary, she isn’t the highest-earning member in the administration, not even close. These details were recently revealed in the annual report to Congress that the White House sent to Congress.
The annual report noted that there were two staff members in Trump’s administration who earned 200 grand. White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles and Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt earn $195,200 a year. Both women are among 33 other staffers who earn the same amount.

The salary bracket is noted to be 3 times more than the average Median wage of the country. Shockingly, there is another staffer in Trump’s circle who gets paid a significantly bigger salary than the 33 listed. Senior adviser Jacalynne Klopp gets paid $225,700 yearly, according to the report.
Klopp previously worked in program management for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Not a lot is known about the senior adviser apart from that.
Edgar Mkrtchian is the highest-paid person in the current administration, at least from what details are disclosed. The former Commerce Department employee gets paid $203,645 yearly.

The report submitted to Congress disclosed the details of how around 400 staff members are getting paid yearly. Trump’s speechwriters earn $110,000 annually, while the President’s digital campaign manager gets paid $74,500 yearly.
Notably, Donald Trump’s salary was not disclosed in the report. If you look to the federal law for hints about the same, a US President’s base salary is $400,000. A President also gets $50,000 yearly to cover additional expenses.
The salary is also accompanied by $100,000 for a travel account. A $19,000 entertainment budget is also provided to the President of the United States. Another $100,000 that the President receives once during their term to make cosmetic changes to the premises if they want.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s salary is one that is not disclosed in the report. Interestingly, Rubio’s salary isn’t paid by the White House like the others. The 54-year-old gets paid by the Department of State.
David Sacks, who is the Chair of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, also does not receive a salary from the White House. Sacks reportedly declined the offer to receive a salary. Steve Witkoff, who is America’s Special Envoy to the Middle East, also does not receive a paycheck from the White House. Witkoff’s salary is also paid by the State Department.
