As the youngest press secretary in the history of The White House, Karoline Leavitt undoubtedly shoulders a lot of responsibility. From carrying the burden of Donald Trump’s controversial statements and policies, and defending them with all her might to doing her best to appear as the perfect mother and wife, Leavitt is indeed handling a lot at her age.
However, the internet is a brutal place and Leavitt has been under fierce scrutiny regarding not only her political beliefs but also her looks. Rumors of Leavitt going through plastic surgery has been rife for a while and though there has been no official confirmation about the same from the press secretary herself, people on the internet seem to have noticed a detail that have further confirmed the speculation of Leavitt going under the knife.

Taking a shot from one of her press briefings at The White House, one user posted the picture on X, saying, “@The WH propaganda arm is Karoline Leavitt @PressSec, who’s had so much plastic surgery that her face is now a permanent Joker smile.” Other users naturally joined the discussion and more comments were made about how Leavitt looked because of her apparent plastic surgery.
It should be noted here that this was not the first time that Leavitt was suspected of undergoing plastic surgery, as previously one user had mentioned on X, “What the HELL has Karoline Leavitt done with her looks?! A nose job and god knows what else. She’s gone full Kardashian & not in a good way. Compare what she used to look like.”
She also faced intense scrutiny as her first-ever appearance as The White House press secretary as one user posted, “I can’t stop staring at Karoline Leavitt’s nose. It’s so tiny.’ Another one added, “I’m normally the absolute LAST person to make fun of someone’s appearance… but whoever did Karoline Leavitt’s nose job needs to be banned from ever touching a scalpel again” and others joined the discussion.
Leavitt has, however, not responded to such comments publicly. While she has never shied away from accepting her love for makeup, she has never openly talked about plastic surgery or what she thinks about the same. As the internet keeps finding new details about her looks that further confirm her going under the knife, it now remains to be seen if Leavitt ever addresses these rumors or lets things go as they are going.
