Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are getting closer to their big day–much-awaited wedding at the end of June. They’ll be tying the knot in Venice in an intimate but extravagant ceremony.
As presumed earlier, the wedding was going to be a hundred-million-dollar affair. However, now we know that the intimate wedding will not cost more than $10 million, which is not too much for the billionaire himself.
According to an insider, the wedding will be a royal affair with close family members and friends. The guest list isn’t too overwhelming. Only 200 people will attend the event. There were also some rumors about performances from Elton John and Lady Gaga, which were later confirmed to be ridiculous.
Several celebs and politicians are invited to the wedding. Major celebrities that will be attending the wedding will be Kim Kardashian, Ivanka Trump, Katy Perry, Kris Jenner, Orlando Bloom, and Jared Kushner. They will be staying at luxurious hotels, which come with a hefty price tag.

Bezos has booked the Gritti Palace and the Aman Venice for their guests’ stay. The per-night cost can be around $500,000. All 24 rooms to be booked in the Aman may take up a million, and add another million and a half for booking the Gritti Palace.
They have also booked the yacht Koru, which will add almost another $500,000 to the bill. The yacht is about 417 feet long, so it’s worth the bill.
Since it’s a multiday wedding affair, they will need a wedding planner, which may go up to $2 million for perfect planning. The entertainment for the guests and day activities may add another $2 million. Other things, such as photography and food, will not be cheap either.
They must have picked the best in the industry to capture the big day. This may add another $100,000-$300,000 to the bill. Popular photographers like Annie Leibovitz can charge up to $500,000 for three days. If they are hiring someone at that level, they’ll be paying a high-end price. The food and drinks for the celebration over the days may add up to $600,000.

Talking about their personal expenditure, Lauren Sanchez may have picked an expensive dress similar to her $200,000 couture dresses. Her hair and makeup will be another $100,000. She has an expensive taste, and so does Bezos, who got her a $5 million 30-carat engagement ring.
Another estimate of flights and commute can be added. However, we won’t know the exact amount they will be spending to fly in the hair and makeup people or technicians for their big day.
