Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding in Venice wasn’t just about their vows, it turned into a bit of an international fashion show, with guests pulling out all the stops. Among the most-watched attendees? Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, who turned the multi-day event into a family vacation, complete with sightseeing, Instagram updates, and plenty of photo-ready outfits.
Ivanka, never one to miss an opportunity to flaunt her carefully curated style (and her famously toned legs), shared a series of envy-inducing snaps from Italy. One post in particular on June 29, 2025, captured her romantic date night with Jared in the City of Canals. She captioned it with the Italian phrase, “La Dolce Notte,” which translates to “the sweet night.”

In the cover shot, Ivanka’s look was pure glamour; a sleek little black Carolina Herrera dress, lush hair, classic makeup. Her legs were hidden behind some foliage in the opening frame, but as viewers kept swiping through the carousel, things took a bit of a turn. The ultra-bronzed glow she’d chosen for the trip was suddenly front and center. Those legs? Almost as orange as her father, President Donald Trump.
For whatever reason, the deep tan looked even more dramatic in the shots taken inside their hotel room, the shine and color standing out against the elegant black fabric. Even while out on the Venetian streets, the tanning choice slightly undercut what would have been an otherwise flawless look.

And while Ivanka’s ensemble was having its own uneven moment, Jared wasn’t exactly helping matters. His two-toned fashion fail, somewhat stiff but also weirdly casual, just amplified the mismatch.
Of course, their kids came along for the adventure, too. Arabella, 13, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 8, joined their parents on what became a full family escape, despite the wedding being the main event.
Rumor has it, though, that not everything was smooth sailing at the party itself. Reports claimed Ivanka was one of the “most problematic” guests at Bezos and Sánchez’s big day, thanks in part to the extra security detail you’d expect for a first daughter. Tension? Allegedly there was some.
But even with the behind-the-scenes drama, Ivanka made sure to show off her top-tier wardrobe. For the wedding itself, she wowed in a pink and white Oscar de la Renta gown adorned with delicate floral embellishments. She shared those photos too, captioning them: “Ready to celebrate the love story of our friends.”

That post included another shot of her with Jared, who once again fell short in the style department. While Ivanka looked ready for a high-fashion editorial, Jared kept things almost bafflingly understated with a plain black suit, open white button-down, and no tie. He completed the forgettable look with beige shoes that clashed hard with the rest of his outfit.
And as much as Ivanka’s “Little Red Riding Hood vibes” in earlier posts from the trip had people talking, Jared somehow managed to walk away with the title for strangest style choices of the entire family’s Venetian getaway.

In the end, though, there’s no denying that Ivanka delivered serious fashion moments, bronzed legs and all.
