The ‘764’ network is an extremist group linked to neo-Nazi ideology and satanic cult behavior. The emergence of this group online has been a cause of concern due to their several menacing activities. Former FBI agent Dr. Stephen Boyce has been keeping track of the gang and has released a few statements.
According to him, the gang was formed around 2021. It has since grown into a loosely organized but well-coordinated operation. What makes ‘764’ so dangerous is its decentralization. It has the ability to make itself a part of prominent internet platforms like Discord, TikTok, Snapchat, Roblox, Instagram, and X.
Its members target children and teenagers. They coerce them into risky, exploitative, and mostly violent circumstances.
The presence of this gang has been a mounting threat. In response, the FBI started a thorough investigation into the ‘764’ network. Currently, there are almost 250 open cases in all 55 FBI field offices, and it has been labeled as a top-tier domestic threat.
There have been recent arrests, including of subgroup leaders from North Carolina and Greece. They are known online as “War” and “Trippy.” Both of these men are accused of exploiting youngsters and manipulating them into illegal behavior.

These investigations are looking to disrupt the network’s operations. They are trying to arrest the people behind this large scene for exploiting minors for their ideology. These people have sadistic intentions, and they need to be stopped.
Once the FBI got involved in this, people started to realize the gravity of the situation. It apparently became clear that this harassment was not online trolling but a full-fledged campaign to take advantage of the most vulnerable people in our society. The age of their victims starts as early as 9.
The ‘764’ network uses a variety of techniques to lure their victims. These include love bombing, where they show these kids extensive care or attention to instill false trust in them.
They also use coercive methods of sexual gratification. Once the trust has been formed, victims are then frequently blackmailed into creating explicit content. These include violent content and sexual or self-harming content.

Under a few circumstances, it has been seen that the child has been manipulated to perform such acts during the live streams, too.
Abusers use psychological manipulation. This is so severe and so well practiced that parents fail to recognize the pattern. It is very difficult for parents to notice, as abusers utilize coded language, memes, and private discussions to escape from discovery.

He suggested that youngsters should be encouraged to speak up when they are uncomfortable or stressed by an online chat. Parents also need to emphasize to their children that no matter what happens, kids are not at fault, and there has to be trust-building between them.
Parents should also be aware of behavioral changes in their kids. These changes may suggest involvement with predatory groups. These include abrupt withdrawal, hiding internet activities, impatience, symptoms of worry or sadness, and unexpected romantic interests.
Disturbing memes or coded language might also serve as warning signs. It is one of the methods used by 764 gang.
Rather than reacting in fear or retribution, it is important to handle these situations with calm concern. Seek expert advice and report any suspicious conduct right at once, which will help prevent additional harm.
