Donald Trump is here to dominate, and he’s made that crystal clear! The 78-year-old has been one of the most popular global figures since his return to power in January 2025. Despite criticism, the former businessman has stuck to his ambitions, and he continues to work towards the betterment of America.

The McDonald’s lover, who is currently serving his second term in the White House, has once again teased the idea of seeking a third term as President. Previously, in an interview, he hadn’t ruled out the idea of running for another term but said that there’s still a long run to reach that. While addressing U.S. troops at Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar on May 14, 2025, Trump claimed, “We won three elections”—a reference to his repeated false assertion that the 2020 election was rigged.

As per The Irish Star, Donald Trump further added, “Some people want us to do a fourth… I’ll have to think about that.” Despite the American Constitution clearly stating that no president can run for office more than twice, the Republican supporters continue to find possibilities for that to happen; However, insiders, according to several media reports, claim that he might pass away before being able to amend the constitution to run for a third term, as he is already about to turn 79 on June 14.

The MAGA believer first rose to power on January 20, 2017, and ended his first term on January 20, 2021. Consequently, after winning the 2024 elections, he returned to power in 2025. His tenure is ending in 2029. By then, he will already be 82, almost running 83. Even though his recent physical and cognitive health reports seem absolutely fine, aging is a natural process over which no one has control.

Whether Donald Trump is serious about truly running for other terms remains doubtful. Moreover, it will only be possible if the 22nd Amendment, which prohibits another term, gets altered, which, by the way, is highly unlikely. Meanwhile, Trump, who is on his first extended international trip to the Middle East, was in Qatar recently. He addressed the U.S. troops at Al-Udeid Air Base and was full of energy as he grooved on stage as the crowd applauded.

Several members of the troop stood there with their phones in hand and recorded Trump. People were delighted as the president spoke about the power of the American military and his ongoing trip to the Gulf countries.

“As president, my priority is to end conflicts, not start them, but I will never hesitate to wield American power if it’s necessary to defend the United States of America or our partners,” Trump said. “And this is one of our great partners right here” in Qatar. Before he spoke, America’s Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth claimed that “wokeness and weakness” ignited wars in the world.

Furthermore, Trump also referenced merchandise from his official store, highlighting a “Trump 2028” hat and declaring, “We’re driving the left crazy.” Besides Qatar, the president also visited Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and spent May 13, 2025, there, as he met Syria’s interim president, Ahmad al-Sharaa, who happens to be the former leader of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), to discuss some major political propositions.

While the president seems to be enjoying his trip to the Middle East, the possibility of his running for another term remains doubtful. Still, knowing Trump’s usual stubborn self, we are ready for any major bomb to drop in the headlines at any time.
