Karoline Leavitt is no new name to headlines. Ever since she stepped behind the White House podium as the youngest Press Secretary, it’s not just her political messaging and fiery takedown of reporters that’s drawing attention.
Be it her fashion choices or age-gap romance with her husband, the internet is always speculating something or the other about her. She didn’t escape plastic surgery whispers either!
The 27-year-old is now at the center of that very conversation: her appearance.
Once praised as a fresh-faced conservative firebrand from New Hampshire, Leavitt’s evolving look is sparking rumors, side-by-side comparisons, and a whole lot of online speculation. Social media has been flooded with posts analyzing everything from her skin texture to the shape of her nose, claiming she’s undergone a “Trump makeover” since joining the administration.
The chatter exploded after a tweet comparing her 2015 and 2025 photos went viral, showcasing what many believe to be a dramatic transformation. “Karoline Leavitt HATES these side-by-side photos,” read the tweet, which quickly racked up over 1,000 reactions. Among them, one viewer bluntly claimed, “She’s aged 10 yrs in 5 months! Welcome Karoline to the corrupt world of the FELON Donald J Trump!”

Others speculated about cosmetic tweaks. “Aww, she was so pretty before her surgeries,” one wrote. while another added,
“She’s 27 and she looks like she’s going on 42. Evil ages you.” Another user said, “Leavitt walked in the Plastic Surgeon’s office and said, “Give me the Michael Jackson nose!””
Critics have long accused Leavitt of chasing the Trump-era aesthetic; plump cheeks, airbrushed skin, and a surgically sculpted nose. The phrase “Mar-a-Lago treatment” has even popped up in threads discussing women who’ve entered Trump’s political orbit and seemingly emerged with the same cookie-cutter look.
The brutal takes on her appearance kept pouring in. Another user posted their blunt response that read, “Wouldn’t be surprised if she hates her own reflection in a mirror.”

And it’s not just her face under scrutiny. Leavitt’s personal life has become tabloid fodder too, especially her marriage to 60-year-old real estate mogul Nicholas Riccio, whom she wed just days before assuming her White House role. The couple’s 33-year age gap has become meme-worthy.
During a guest appearance on The Megyn Kelly Show, Leavitt described their romance as an “atypical love story.” The internet, however, hasn’t been so kind.
“She had plastic surgery to make herself look as old as her grandpa/hubby. It worked,” one comment declared. Echoing the same statement, another user stated, “That’s what happens when you sleep with someone’s grandpa and tell lies for a living.” Well, political differences and criticisms will of course be there. But tearing down someone because they chose to marry someone elder is outright cruel.
This isn’t the first time Leavitt’s looks have been weaponized. A tweet from last summer quipped that she had gotten “the Trump makeover.”
“They do this to practically every woman who ends up working in front of the camera for his campaign,” another user wrote.

A follow-up post didn’t pull any punches either stating, “Watching her butchered rhinoplasty wiggle when she speaks gives me a migraine.”
Despite being an aggressive defender of Trump’s policies and an outspoken voice at press briefings, Leavitt has been silent when it comes to public speculation about her appearance. She’s clapped back at media bias, slammed reporters over border policy questions, and sparred with political commentators, but has been tight-lipped about the visual transformation or the whispers about plastic surgery.
Still, with every televised briefing and every photo snapped on Pennsylvania Avenue, the internet keeps zooming in, because in Trump’s White House, even the press secretary’s nose can become headline news.
