Netizens are convinced that the former prosecutor has gone under the knife even though she has never confirmed the rumors. The photo that Guilfoyle recently posted has people convinced that the rumor holds some truth.
Kimberly recently posted a throwback picture of herself that shows the much younger version of herself. The picture more or less serves as proof of the alleged plastic surgery that the 56-year-old has undergone.
In the photo posted on June 10, 2025, a much younger Kimberly poses with two men. Guilfoyle posted the picture to wish both her friends a happy birthday. She looks nearly unrecognizable when you compare the old photo to one of Kimberly’s recent photos.
Netizens are convinced that the transformation isn’t simply a case of aging like fine wine. Many have previously speculated on the involvement of cosmetic surgeries to enhance the 56-year-old’s features. Her modelling pictures are another great example of how different Kimberly looked in the past.
Another reason behind her drastic change in appearance could be the heavy-handed makeup that the former prosecutor often wears. Netizens have endlessly criticized her for the “MAGA makeup” and asked her to ease up on the unusually long fake eyelashes and overly done eyeshadow.

Guilfoyle has been in the public eye more than ever because of her new role in the Trump administration. The President appointed Guilfoyle to be the U.S. ambassador to Greece. A few months ago, she was featured in the Metropolitan magazine. Kimberly’s announcement of the same on Instagram was met with harsh criticism from netizens.
“You look like AI…not even human anymore. How much is filters, and how much is cosmetic surgery and enhancements?” one netizen noted. “Turning herself into a brunette Barbie doll,” another added.
“Doesn’t even look like the same woman. Such a shame,” a X user wrote under a post showing Kimberly’s transformation over the years. “That can’t be the same person,” another claimed. A third simply wrote, “Botox and filler.”

Several other comments discussed how “overpuffed” her lips have looked in recent times. “The worst is the overpuffed lips. IDK why people think that is attractive to anyone. Still, she was quite lovely in her day. Age changes people, and use of fillers needs to be done judiciously,” one user wrote.
Many others commented on how unrecognizable Guilfoyle looked. Users were shocked to see the difference, with many even claiming she looked like a “different” person in the old photos.
