Sean “Diddy” Combs is still not out of the deep end, and every day, more and more damning evidence keeps coming out of the woodwork. As federal proceedings unfold, more disturbing details have emerged. A woman who has been identified as “Mia” was presented by prosecution as Diddy’s former personal assistant.
She has claimed to be by Diddy’s side for almost a decade. Her testimony paints a grim picture of manipulation, intimidation and fear during her tenure.
In her testimony, Mia exposed several incidents and corroborated a few already presented in front of the judge. In one of the most chilling episodes, she described one incident that occurred aboard Combs’ yacht in 2010. According to her, Combs lost his composure and his cool after she took too long to count the cash from the safe. In a fit of rage, he allegedly screamed at her to leave the vessel.
He kept shouting, “You better learn to walk on water like Jesus,” as reported by Soap Central. Mia said she was terrified and hid temporarily until a crew member helped her disembark the boat. She was later asked to return to the yacht through a radio, but she refused. She was still fearful of further abuse.

This incident wasn’t isolated. Mia described that working for Combs was like being in fear for her life all the time. The work culture was out of control, and fear dictated her every move. When asked why she had remained in her position for so long, she replied that it was not because of loyalty. She was afraid for her life and her security if she were to leave.
Her testimony aligns with other witnesses and proves how Combs used manipulation and fear tactics for the people around him.

Her testimony did not just include her own experience. She also claimed to have seen abusive behavior directed at others. She claims to have been there when Combs was abusing his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. She could recount signs of both emotional and physical abuse. This has contributed to an image of a deeply toxic work and personal environment.
Her observations of Ventura’s experiences with Combs show the volatile atmosphere and sense of danger around Combs many times. She also felt very helpless after Cassie was abused by Combs, as she could not do anything to intervene or help Ventura in a more substantial way.
Her account aligns with broader allegations that have emerged. It all suggests a disturbing pattern of domestic violence.

She further stated that she was expected to help conceal or manage the consequences of Combs’ actions. And denying any of these expectations was never an option. This included smoothing over public relations issues and covering up internal crises.
Her duties left her feeling morally and emotionally compromised. Mia has also revealed the psychological toll of working under constant threat. She described receiving alarming messages that aimed to scare her into silence and submission.

None of these messages were quoted during her testimony. Yet, she claimed the tone and content were meant to reinforce Combs’ dominance. They were meant to intimidate her into obedience. As she claims, the emotional impact of this communication still lingers today.
