New reports have surfaced claiming that Donald Trump is preparing big for his upcoming birthday on June 14. The U.S. President is reportedly willing to hold a “North Korea-style” birthday parade next month. There would be a significant presence of troops at his celebration event.
CNN reported that, after reviewing some documents, at least 7,000 soldiers would be there, along with 370 vehicles, and 70 aircraft. The massive event will take place in Washington, DC. Notably, it is both the Army’s 250th birthday and the Republican leader’s 79th birthday.
The document revealed that the soldiers will march along a parade route, along with 370 modern and historical military vehicles, and nearly 70 aircraft conducting flyovers. The Army’s Golden Knights will reportedly parachute over the Ellipse.
According to CNN and other outlets’ reports, the whole event could cost up to tens of millions of dollars as it will showcase machinery, uniforms, and vehicles from every major war.
Donald Trump will reportedly be at the review stand at the edge of the White House ellipse, observing the parade. Trump is expected to join with great enthusiasm and possibly deliver a few remarks addressing the crowd.
During his first term, Donald Trump wanted to push for a parade as well, but it wasn’t possible due to high costs. Now, city officials are concerned that the upcoming event could damage the roads.
Army spokesman Steve Warren was asked about the parade. In March, he told The Associated Press that a final decision is yet to be made. While Col. Dave Butler, another Army spokesperson, refrained from mentioning what Trump is planning, he expressed excitement for the anniversary.
Trump’s throwing himself a military parade on his birthday and brushing off the cost as “peanuts.”
6,600 Troops, 50 helicopters, millions lit on fire—just to stroke the ego of a draft-dodging wannabe dictator.

“We want to make it into an event that the entire nation can celebrate with us. We want Americans to know their Army and their soldiers. A parade might become part of that, and we think that will be an excellent addition to what we already have planned,” he said.
Some sources, revealed, mentioning anonymity that they represent the Army’s plans. A preparation is going on for the White House’s approval of the parade. According to the Irish Star, the White House didn’t comment on this.
According to the reports, the equipment needed for the event has to be flown in or transported through train. In addition, some equipment, and troops to be included in the Army’s birthday celebration will be those who have been in the works for more than a year.
Apart from the parade, the celebration will also include other activities and exhibitions on the National Mall, including armored vehicles, fitness competition, climbing wall, Humvees, helicopters, and other equipment.
