Whether President Donald Trump was giving a strict warning to the reporters or wanted to cut the interview short, his recent reply over the Israel-Iran conflict is gaining attention. During an interview at the New Jersey airfield, he gave a warning to the reporters, telling them they were in danger.
Apart from talking about the treaty between Rwanda and Congo, he also answered questions related to the conflict between Israel and Iran. This Thursday, he also gave himself a two-week deadline to decide what he’s going to do about the situation.
Considering his two-week notice, he also said he would make the decision to strike Iran in two weeks. He had the same two-week answer when asked about the Ukraine-Russia war and Putin ending the war.
The reporter asked him if he was worried about Iran’s proxies that could wage war on Americans if he plans on military action and their response to it towards the Americans. He replied, “We’re always concerned about that, and we have to take them out and be very strong.”
After this, his response became a warning instead of shedding more light on the answers.
He told the reporters they were in danger right now talking to him. He said on camera, “You’re even in danger talking to me right now. Do you know that? You are in danger talking to me right now, so I should probably get out of here. But you guys are actually in danger. Can you believe it?”
His stern warning to the reporters emphasized the danger that may be on them due to the type of questions they are asking.
🚨”You are in DANGER just talking to me”
When a sitting President warns reporters they’re literally unsafe standing next to him, we’ve entered unprecedented territory.
This isn’t about strikes on buildings anymore. They’re planning something so extreme that Trump expects direct… https://t.co/2TZKfx04In— Abu Sitta (@trustinabe) June 20, 2025
He spoke about how they are worried about Iranian proxies in Hamas and Hezbollah that may attack Americans in the US. He’s implying that Iran isn’t an ally and their lives are in danger because of Iran.
This isn’t the first time Trump has used the danger warning to end an interview. In August, he did the same when asked about the man who threatened his life. He was near the US-Mexico border and said they were in danger by even standing and should not continue talking.
Moreover, he said that the people didn’t want him and the reporters standing there either. Trump’s fear is somewhat justified at these locations as there have been two failed assassination attempts while one resulted in a bullet grazing his ear.

Netizens reacted to the video with different opinions. White thought it was a great trick to end any interview for him and not answer any further questions. Another one said speaking against Israel openly does bring a sense of danger.
Some people aren’t even considering this warning real and calling it out as fear-mongering. One more chimed in to talk about secret service responsibilities to keep the President safe, and he should feel that in his own country.
