A giant 8-food statue was installed in DC on the same day as Trump’s military parade and birthday. It was erected at the National Mall by the protestors. The sculpture had a thumbs-up in gold that was placed over the Statue of Liberty crown replica.
The interesting thing about the base of the statue was how it was calling Trump a dictator. The statue said, “Dictator Approved.” This was done in an attempt to voice out against Trump at the June 14 parade, which was supposed to be a great event for him.
The military parade for the 250th US Army anniversary and Trump’s birthday was a massive affair. He turned 79 the same day and celebrated it by spending $45 million on the parade. The event may not be as big as Trump hoped, but it got good coverage in the media. It wasn’t as crowded as the protests.
BREAKING: The White House has a full-blown freakout after activist artists erect a hilarious statue on the National Mall mocking Donald Trump’s pathetic failure of a birthday parade.
This one really struck a nerve…

There were bands and army tanks at the parade. Another highlight on the same day was the No Kings protest, which was held to show disagreement with the Trump administration‘s policies and the immigration crackdown. Trump also blamed the weather for the smaller turnaround. Some people have mentioned there were fewer people than the White House claimed to be present.
The parade was similar to what was happening in North Korea under Kim’s regime. It’s one of the most oppressive regimes while also including those in China and Russia.
Abigail Jackson, a White House spokeswoman wrote in an email to the Post, “If these Democrat activists were living in a dictatorship, their eye-sore of a sculpture wouldn’t be sitting on the National Mall right now.”
““In the United States of America you have the freedom to display your so-called ‘art,’ no matter how ugly it is,” she added, as per The Daily Beast.
Abigail Jackson was saying this to prove that people have freedom of speech in the country. If they did not have that, they won’t be able to install this so-called ugly art. Another jibe from the art installation was Putin’s remarks on Trump calling him a very bright and talented man. A quote from Hungarian PM Victor Orban was also included saying Trump’s the most feared person and the most respected.

Other quotes included Your Excellency, extraordinary courage of President Trump and the special relationship with Kim Jong Un. One quote said I admire President Trump and we do have a great deal of shared values from Jair Bolsonaro(Brazil President). In the past, such structures aiming at Trump have been installed. For instance, a pile of poop structures was installed to mock overturning Trump.
These structures are proof of how far protestors will go to be heard and seen. While the White House is furious at the installation, they still have to respect the freedom of speech of artists.
