Donald Trump is always the center of trolls for many reasons. He is often called out for his fake tan and two-toned blonde hair. Even his uneven tan and eye bags are targets of trolls. His mannerisms and the way he speaks also end up in parody videos every now and then. We’re sure he’s aware of these developments online and chooses to just use his name when it matters.
For instance, Trump tariffs have been a popular hashtag for people to know about what’s happening with the tariffs. It also gives an insight into retaliatory tariffs that other countries could be imposing.
Recently, a new nickname became popular, thanks to Trump’s trolls online, and people joining in to get a laugh. His new nickname, TACO Trump, is catching on. The term has been on top results of Google with his name. This term, standing for Trump always chickens out, is in reference to how he flip-flops back to tariff plan changes.
At first, he does a big press conference to announce the tariffs, and then he takes the tariffs back. So people are saying how he’s chickening out himself from his own plans. The term was given by Robert Armstrong, who’s a Financial Times columnist.

Ever since then, it has become a huge meme that has gotten a lot of attention. Netizens are busy making AI videos of him in a chicken suit. Some videos and photos include him inside a taco shell. You might also get to see him flying like a chicken or doing the chicken dance. One troll added a chicken to his hair, blending the two in.
Evidently, Trump is not happy with this new name and development in the troll world. He was asked about his new name at a press conference, to which he replied that it was a nasty question. He said he had never heard the term and that it was because he reduced tariffs on China from 145% to 100% and then further down.
He also asked them to open up the whole country. Furthermore, he explained the European Union called him to set a meeting to reduce the tariffs. So he put the tariffs to be applied from June on hold till July. He has given them time and opportunity to discuss the terms and come to a decision.

He knows why he might be called TACO Trump, but he has an explanation for it. Looks like all the hot talk about tariffs is backfiring on him now that he’s reducing the tariffs.
By the search volume of 9,900% for the TACO Trump name, we can say that it’s here to stay. The name is having a moment of its own, and people are laughing at the memes.
CNN reporter Harry Enten confirms the TACO name to be the number one googled term with Trump. So, it will be troubling for Trump to use his name for trading. So overall, it’s not good news for Trump.
