Kristi Noem has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons ever since she was appointed as Secretary of Homeland Security in January. The MAGA face of immigration crackdown has deputized personnel from across federal agencies and enlisted local law enforcement to expand deportation operations with full force. Be it the controversial deportations or a senator being handcuffed and forcibly removed from her press conference, it’s crystal clear that she isn’t exactly in the good books of millions of Americans.
On top of it, she has miserably failed to get rid of her affair rumors. Married to Bryon Noem since 1992, the 53-year-old politician is said to have years-long affair with longtime Donald Trump adviser Corey Lewandowski, as reported by several media portals. And even after taking up the position of Secretary of Homeland Security, the rumors haven’t died down. On top of it, her attempts to showcase to the world that she is happy in her marriage, have been continuously failing.
On Father’s Day, she posted a bunch of pictures of her husband, with a caption that would melt anyone’s heart who isn’t aware of her alleged affair. She highlighted how Bryon’s small efforts for her and the family carry a huge impact on keeping them together. She wrote, “This guy doesn’t even like to ride horses …but he does for me and to create memories for our grandkids …. Happy Father’s Day Bryon! And to my wonderful son-in-laws (thanks for the grandbabies!!) and to my most amazing father-in-law – I’m am blessed ….the men in our family are great examples of love and sacrifice.”

Social media users, however, showed no mercy and called out her affair. A person wrote in the comment section, “What a great guy. Even after you had your lil affair.”
Someone else took a dig: “And then Kristi rode Corey.” Another similar comment reads, “Problem with that is that you like to RIDE Corey..”
“Happy Father’s Day CUCK boy Bryon lewandowski, does Corey spend the day with you guys also , might be his kids,” reads another comment.
Internet users believe that the Father’s Day post was her attempt to convince the world that she’s in a happy and healthy marriage. She has been called out for using her husband to cover up her affair. An Instagram user wrote to Noem, “Some people just need to know when to stop posting.”

In April this year, Daily Mail reported that Kristi Noem and Corey Lewandowski, who are married to other people, “are residing in swish rental apartments across the street from one another in DC’s fashionable Navy Yard neighborhood.”
“I’ve seen them together here both in the elevator and in common areas,” a resident of Noem’s building told the portal. The person added, “Don’t forget DC is a small town and people talk. It is an open secret that they are together.”

The portal also spotted Lewandowski leaving Noem’s apartment building which further fueled the speculation.
As per The New York Post report in 2023, a person saw Noem and Lewandowski getting “handsy” at the bar of the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The source said, “It wasn’t like 2 a.m. It isn’t like we caught them at some dive bar miles away. It’s a lobby bar where everyone is staying and so there’s a bajillion political operatives and journalists and electeds around. I remember I saw it with my own eyes and a couple other people saw it and the blatantness was absurd.”
Well, the two alleged lovebirds still remain married to their respective spouses and continue to make efforts of not getting caught in a controversial situation that could jeopardize their marriage and public image, any more than it already is!
