Not long after Donald Trump’s meeting with the French President sparked concerns about his health because of the bruises on his right hand, the President’s mental health is now under scrutiny after Anthony Scaramucci said that Trump is “unwell.”
This controversial remark came from the 61-year-old former communications chief of Trump before the President’s meeting with Keir Starmer. While Scaramucci was previously a dedicated ally of Trump, things had gone sour between them by the time Trump was into his first term as the American President.
Since then, Scaramucci has not taken Trump kindly. He even mentioned that if Trump came back to power again, he might cause several problems and destruction. Given how Trump is handling the USA-Europe relationship since he’s back in office, Scaramucci thought it was good to warn Sir Keir Starmer, the British Prime Minister, against someone like Trump, whom he considers “dangerous.”
On the podcast Off Air… with Jane and Fi, Scaramucci said, “Trump’s obviously got something wrong with him. I would say to Keir Starmer the guy is unwell and he’s surrounded by willing sycophants that want to pretend that he’s not unwell.”
He also added, “You’ll do yourself and your country a service if you are polite to him and you give him some gratuitous flattering, but you try and stay away from him if you can.”
As reported by Express, “Don’t get too close to his orbit because he’ll end up eating you. He harms everybody in his path, he’s not well liked, he’s not well liked by his family members, not well liked by his staff, but there they are because he’s a powerful person.”

He then also mentioned, “I just would tell Keir Starmer [to] stay away from him because he’s a dangerous guy and in a couple years he’ll burn himself out, the United Kingdom will exist and Donald Trump will be long in our rear view mirror.”
Scaramucci also commented while focusing on the recent AI video that Trump made on Gaza, which has taken the internet by shock. He said, “I don’t know if you saw that artificial intelligence Trump Gaza video that he posted on his own Truth Social network and so anybody who looks at that, whether you’re a clinical profiler for MI6, or the CIA…”
He then said, “I mean you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that something’s wrong with Trump. It’s like if someone in British football broke their leg and the bone was sticking out, you don’t have to be an orthopaedic surgeon to know that there’s a broken bone.”

It should be noted here that Donald Trump and Scaramucci go long back regarding such allegations and counter-allegations. Shortly after their professional relationship went sour, Trump attacked Scaramucci on Twitter, saying “Anthony Scaramucci, who was quickly terminated (11 days) from a position that he was totally incapable of handling, now seems to do nothing but television as the all-time expert on ‘President Trump’.
However, Scaramucci also ensured that he made it clear why he had left the Trump administration, saying, “once he attacked my wife, I took the gloves off because you’re not allowed to attack my family members or my wife.”
It now remains to be seen whether Donald Trump will respond to Scaramucci’s fresh comments and whether the two will again engage in a verbal war on X.
