One of the more noteworthy instances of Michelle Trachtenberg addressing the topic of plastic surgery was when she posted a picture of herself on Instagram with a caption that read, “In light of hearing people turning to plastic surgery to fluff up their face. I post this photo to show, I have never had anything done.”
It continued, “I hope someone reading this post sees how beautiful they are naturally. Drink water, use face cream and sunscreen. And most important: never let the bullies drag you down! #natural”

A more recent instance was when Trachtenberg posted another picture with a caption addressing rumors of her being malnourished, saying, “Fun fact. This is my face. Not malnutrition no problems. Why do you have you hate? Get a calendar.”
In the comment section of the same post, she further addressed the rumor of her having gone under the knife, emphasizing her age and the natural changes that come with it, saying, “Realize I’m not 14. I’m 38.” Under the same post, Michelle Trachtenberg added, “I’ve received several comments recently about my appearance. I have never had plastic surgery. I am happy and healthy. Check yourself, haters.”

News of Trachtenberg’s passing was shared with the New York Post, which revealed that the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star was found dead at One Columbus Place, a 51-story luxury apartment complex in Central South Park in Manhattan. She was found by her mother at around 8 am Wednesday.
While Michelle Trachtenberg is said to have died of natural causes, it must be noted that she had a liver transplant recently, and it’s being said that her body might have rejected the replaced organ.
Gary Mantoosh, the late actor’s rep, in a statement confirming her passing to the New York Post, said, “It is with great sadness to confirm that Michelle Trachtenberg has passed away. The family requests privacy for their loss. There are no further details at this time.”
