Legendary WWE star Hulk Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, has finally opened up about not being included in her dad’s will. When Hulk died in July 2025, he left behind $5 million, with his son Nick Hogan named as the sole beneficiary. In an interview with TMZ, Brooke, who is the only daughter of the late WWE star, reflected on her independence and his dad’s decision to leave her out of the will.
“His decision is no surprise to me,” Brooke Hogan noted. “It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I’m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time,” she told TMZ in a new interview on September 11.
The former pop star had managed to establish an astonishing career for herself, with little to no help from her father. In the early 2000s, she started off with a feature in WWE family’s VH1 show Hogan Knows Best. Later, she landed her own spinoff of the show, Brooke Knows Best. During the prime of his father’s career, the TV personality appeared by Hulk Hogan’s side in wrestling-related events.
However, the father-daughter duo slowly drifted apart over the past decade. According to various sources, Brooke became estranged from her father due to the various controversies he got embroiled in. Many believe that she also didn’t like Hogan’s speech in support of President Donald Trump during the 2024 Republican National Convention.

When the WWE star died in July, TMZ reported that Brooke had willingly removed herself from his will, which automatically made her brother Nick Hogan the sole beneficiary of Hulk’s estate. At that time, the former reality star went to Instagram to clear the air about their estranged relationship.
“When he left this earth, it felt like part of my spirit left with him. I felt it before the news even reached us,” Brooke wrote. “I know he’s at peace now, out of pain, and in a place as beautiful as he imagined.”
She also clarified that their relationship didn’t deteriorate over a “big fight,” but rather “a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know or understand.” As reported by TMZ at that time, Brooke will receive the life insurance that her father took out.
In 2018, Brooke decided to step away from the spotlight and launch her own interior design firm. In 2022, she tied the knot to retired NHL player Steven Oleksy. In January this year, the couple welcomed twins.
