Donald Trump won’t be upholding his promise to release the highly anticipated Epstein “client list.” The Department of Justice and the FBI claimed that the so-called client list does not exist at all. Rumors of foul play being involved in the billionaire’s death were also dismissed by the two agencies.
The Department of Justice and the FBI have concluded the Jeffrey Epstein case. For months leading up to the decision, the President has claimed that he would disclose files related to the disgraced billionaire’s crimes.
It is now declared that the “waiting” for new Epstein files is over. A memo that the Department of Justice and the FBI sent noted that no “further disclosure” of files related to the case would be “appropriate or warranted.”
The agencies added that “no incriminating ‘client list’” related to the case existed, nor did “credible evidence … that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals.” The memo that was sent out also noted that there was no “evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”
A report from Axios also noted that the FBI enhanced and released footage “relevant” to the case for “greater clarity and viewability.” Footage that showed Epstein’s cell from the night he died was also released. The footage would put several theories surrounding the billionaire’s death to rest.

Axios notably reviewed the footage but did not authenticate it. The video links are down at the moment, making it inaccessible to the public. The outlet also reports that nobody was entering the billionaire’s cell on the night of his death.
The footage will be sure to debunk the conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death. For years following the billionaire’s death, speculation has given birth to several theories. One even claimed that Epstein was murdered to cover up the involvement of high-profile individuals.
Attorney General Pam Bondi recently spoke about how the FBI was in the process of receiving “tens of thousands” of videos related to Epstein that contained “ children or child porn.” It was noted that “no basis to revisit the disclosure” was needed in the memo that the Department of Justice and the FBI sent out.

Kash Patel and Dan Bongino both spoke and dismissed the speculation related to Epstein’s death. The FBI director and the Deputy Director unanimously agreed that the billionaire committed suicide in his jail cell. “He killed himself,” Bongino noted in an interview with Fox News.
Several people have also been adamant about claiming that the President and the disgraced billionaire were close friends. Trump has previously addressed the rumor while noting that he was never friends with Epstein. The President also previously claimed that he hadn’t spoken to Jeffrey Epstein in 15 years.
