People are calling out Trump’s previous mandatory military service requirement-minimum 2 years of service for all American citizens over the age of 18. Barron Trump is 19 now, and Trump still hasn’t encouraged him to be drafted into the army. Trump himself has dodged his way out of Vietnam over his bone spurs diagnosis.
Many are assuming that Barron will use the same hereditary excuse, claiming he has bone spurs and can’t enlist in the military. This has become a hot topic as the US hit Iran with three strikes amidst their conflict with Israel. Many people are already fearing World War III at this time. This has prompted memes and jokes online about Americans being drafted into services as a mandatory requirement for citizens.
They are constantly mocking Barron while drawing comparisons with what Donald did at his time. He avoided the Vietnam War with a bone spur diagnosis. Even the credibility of the diagnosis is under the radar at this point. He was diagnosed 7 years before the war ended when he was just 22. Several X users are posting making fun of Barron.
One user posted Barron might be googling if bone spurs are hereditary. Another one claimed he already had fake bone spur disease. A major symptom of bone spurs is joint or bone damage. Bony lumps grow in the joints and spine and rub against the muscle. As a result, it can impact movement and even put pressure on nerves.

It is hereditary and can mimic arthritis symptoms, but in some cases, it may be asymptomatic. On the not-so-hilarious side of X, many are furious over Trump’s decision to strike Iran. During his presidency, he had promised an end to foreign wars, and his actions don’t seem to align with that now.
Earlier, Trump said he would think for two weeks whether he wanted to strike Iran or not. This is an infamous reply to various questions–taking two weeks’ time. One recent address from the White House claimed Iran’s nuclear assets were fully obliterated.

This isn’t the first time people have targeted and mocked Barron. An SNL writer was suspended after posting a mocking tweet while Trump called the show not funny and terrible. There’s no clarity whether the US will keep attacking Iran, but there may be additional strikes in case Tehran retaliates against US forces.
Trump states there will either be peace or tragedy for Iran. For now, they acted without obtaining authorization from Congress. Iran has replied to this, claiming there will be an “everlasting consequence” if they retaliate. Iran’s diplomat Abbas Araghchi stated that the US has used illegal force against Iran.
