When it comes to giving nicknames to political opponents, Donald Trump has often shown no mercy and given the most brutal names to people which often reflected his own insecurities. However, the name giving business goes both ways and Trump and his close cabinet members have also been subjected to nicknames that seem like they will not be able to shake off any time.
On the top of the list comes Pam Bondi’s nickname, ‘Pam Blondi’, that was given by far right activist Laura Loomer who came up with the nickname after her relationship with Trump went sour. Laura took to X to post, “Who is sick of seeing Pam Blondi on Fox News everyday??” Bondi’s name seems to stay around and she has been given other nicknames as well, like, “Bootlicker Barbie” referring to her constant support for Trump, even on matters the President is clearly wrong.
Next comes Karoline Leavitt, Trump’s press secretary, who also happens to be the youngest press secretary in the history of The White House. Leavitt got her nickname soon after joining the Trump administration and during her very first briefing she was given the nickname “Spinmeister” as she tried to unsuccessfully convince the journalists that she had always addressed their questions on the pause on public grants and aids. CNN’s fact checker Daniel Dale took to X to point out, “ It’s a classic spinmeister tactic saying I answered that when you haven’t answered it and apparently can’t answer it right away.”
Michael Cohen, who was previously Trump’s fixer and personal attorney turned against him in April 2025 and came out with a new nickname for Leavitt, “Bulls**t Barbie”. Cohen said, “Bulls**t Barbie says it with such a straight face, I find it comical.” This led to netizens coming up with new nicknames and one user on X said, she is “fake news’ grim reaper.”

Sarah Huckabee Sanders is another one of Trump’s hugely controversial White House press secretaries. She was widely criticised due to the kind of outright lies and misinformation that she spread out during her press briefings and that let her reduce the number of media appearances she made, which eventually became almost non-existent, leading to more criticism.
Sanders’ time at The White House earned her the nicknames like “Possum Queen”, “Sarah Huckabilly Slanders” , “Sarah Suckabee Sanders” etc all referring to her characteristics she showed as the Press Secretary and also her constant loyal support to Trump.

Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-fiance Kimberly Guilfoyle was also on the list of women within the Trump orbit to get brutal nicknames. Trump Jr. used to be quite a party loving man but eventually quit drinking like his father. However, Guilfoyle had earned the nickname of “Margarita Girl” from her Fox News colleagues and that further crumbled her already dying relationship with Trump Jr.
However, quite interestingly, Guilfoyle also came up with a nickname for herself, which might have also made Trump Jr. break the relationship and run. Since the couple had a significant age gap, Guilfoyle often referred to herself as “mamacita”, a Spanish term meaning “little mother” or “hot mom”. Regardless of how attractive she found that nickname for herself, Trump Jr. not liking it makes complete sense.
