Donald Trump has found a way to put an end to Musk’s accusation against him. Elon Musk claimed that Trump’s name is in the Epstein files; hence, they are not disclosing the documents.
Trump has found an ally in Epstein’s attorney, David Schoen. He posted Schoen’s comment on Truth Social which reads, “I was hired to lead Jeffrey Epstein’s defense as his criminal lawyer 9 days before he died. He sought my advice for months before that. I can say authoritatively, unequivocally, and definitively that he had no information to hurt President Trump. I specifically asked him!”
Trump, at first, replied directly to the allegations by saying there was nothing about him related to Epstein’s case. Trump and Epstein used to be close in the late 90s and early 2000s, but they fell out due to real estate issues. There are several photos and videos of the two being together. Trump even said Epstein was a terrific guy in his 2002 interview. But that soon changed, and Epstein called him a horrible human being, as reported by The Daily Beast.

White House also responded to the allegations earlier. Press secretary replied Karoline Leavitt called it an unfortunate incident and how Elon is acting out for being asked to leave. Moreover, he has issues with Trump’s big, beautiful bill. Since Trump spoke on the EV mandate, that could have also thrown Musk off.
Trump and Elon were close as their bromance was popular across the world. They had nothing but praise for each other. But it all came down as Elon criticized his bill, and his terms with DOGE also ended. Then came the severe accusations of Trump being involved with Epstein.
His big “truth bomb” has made people question the truth, and Democrats have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to release the records on Epstein’s case. When Trump was asked about the same, he said the documents have phony content and he would not want to affect people’s lives with it. But he would think about it.

In the past, Trump has not been accused of any involvement in the Epstein case. With Epstein’s attorney by his side, Trump can shake off the allegations and claim Elon was just acting out because of their feud. Even their ongoing feud seems to be settled now. Trump threatened to take back government funding from Elon, and he retaliated by decommissioning SpaceX.
But common sense prevailed, and he took a step back from doing so. Trump, in a recent interview, said that he wishes Elon the best. So maybe the two are done feuding for now and will come together.
