Tom Homan is sure the US is at risk of another 9/11 like terrorist attack. Homan, who has previously served as the director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, accused the Biden administration of putting the nation at risk of a terrorist attack. The former ICE director also notes how the attack to come could be “worse” than the 9/11 attack.

Homan, who served in the position during Trump’s first term as President, is warning Americans of a potential attack that could be a repeat of “9/11 or worse.” He did not hold back from wholly holding Joe Biden and his administration responsible for the same.

Tom Homan noted how if an attack were to happen, the previous government’s lax immigration and border policies would be to blame. He went on to claim that 2 million illegal immigrants had entered the country in his conversation with Sean Hannity of Fox News.

The former ICE director claims that some individuals out of the 2 million could be terrorists. “This scares the hell out of me and I’ve been doing this for 40 years,” Homan admitted. He added, “It should have scared the hell out of every American what the Biden administration did.”

Talking about the possible terrorist attack, Homan said 4 words that are sure to cause alarm. “It’s coming, it’s coming,” the 63-year-old warned. He also went on to add how the 2 million “gotaways” scared him. He added, “I’m convinced something’s coming unless we can find them.

A “gotaway” is an individual who evades capture and enters the US illegally. Homan’s claims come right after an anti-semitic terror incident shook the nation. The incident that happened in Boulder, Colorado, ended up with 12 people getting injured.

On Monday, an Egyptian man used a homemade flamethrower and Molotov cocktails to attack people. After his arrest, it was found out that the man had been residing in the US illegally after his visa had expired.

The man who was identified as Mohamed Sabry Soliman first arrived in the US on a tourist visa in 2022. He then went on to file for asylum and also secured a work authorization under the Biden administration. Soliman’s visa expired in March 2025, which meant he was staying in America illegally for the months that followed.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, is known for his aggressive deportation and immigration policies. The Supreme Court gave the current government the power to suspend the visas of approximately half a million migrants.

The half a million migrants in question were nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. The 532,000 people were permitted to enter the country on the basis of a two-year humanitarian parole that the Biden administration introduced.
