Donald Trump Jr. led the charge. He suggested that First Lady Dr. Jill Biden’s close proximity to the president made it implausible for her not to have known about such an advanced illness.

Don Jr. hinted that the former administration had intentionally hidden the diagnosis from the American public. MAGA-aligned commentators have echoed the same sentiments. They have hinted that the public had been misled about the former president’s health.
Former White House physician and current GOP Rep. Ronny Jackson also expressed disbelief at the diagnosis. He claimed that a condition as serious as metastatic cancer could not have gone unnoticed. He said the situation was either gross negligence or a calculated deception by Biden’s medical team.
Right-wing media personality Benny Johnson took things even further. He labelled the entire scenario as “the most dangerous cover-up in the history of the presidency.”

Similarly, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene expressed public sympathy for Biden. She urged her supporters to set aside politics during such personal and serious health matters. Their sentiments were supported by commentators like Piers Morgan and Meghan McCain. They also criticized those mocking Biden’s condition and called for basic human empathy.
The timing of the diagnosis has also raised eyebrows. This is due to its proximity to the upcoming release of Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again. This book is by CNN anchor Jake Tapper and Axios reporter Alex Thompson.
